From My 1965 Echo |
Greg, you are fondly remembered by your friends and classmates. As we look back at our youth, we are reminded of how much we miss you.

I am sorry to hear you are gone Greg. There was a vulgar song you sung in Junior High that made me laugh. I realize that those recitations in Social Studies was you way of teaching me to lighten up. I am sorry I never understood. But you left some kind words in my 65 Echo Yearbook: "To my best friend, Good Luck in the coming years. Greg". Thank you Greg. I am thankful for a mutual friend who helped me remember this. Your friend Larry |

Greg - As I rewrote these memorials for you and my other classmates, I personally wrote each page and when I came to you, I reminded myself that you signed both m,y 1964 and 1965 Park View Echo yearbooks. In both cases you concidered me your best friend. The fact that at the young age of 14 and 15, I asked you to sign my books now tell me you meant an awful lot to me. I know that over time I forgot you but it took some life challenges to remind me of the friends I loved and missed. I wish you were still with us because I would love to talk to you again Your friend Larry |
